Guarantees

The ambition of this company has and will always be to instil confidence in the buyer, to guarantee authenticity and in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction on the part of the customer, a full refund will be made, subject to the usual terms and conditions of sale.

If an item is not to the satisfaction of the buyer, then it must be returned (in the same condition) within 14 days of the original date of export. The buyer must notify Heritage Antiques within 7 days of arrival to this effect and then return the article by the same method employed by us on the outward journey, entirely at the customer's expense (including insurance). A refund will then be made net of any costs incurred on behalf of the customer.
